I think his problem is that there's no mention of how to increase your earnings.

I mean quite simply you can't get rich, or at least get rich before your old, unless you increase your income. And the graphic says "how to get rich". So kinda disappointing.

If you spend only 60c out of the dollar you earn, you still only have 40c. Meanwhile if you earn 2 dollars, you can save 1.40

But most people buying his book if they are not renting will be living in the only real-estate they own. How the hell are they profiting form that? It's a liability, for sure, because you need to spend up-keep on a home.
