It's much more than that.
Usually companies have different systems for different things. Ex..for maintenance one system, for tracking or gps another system or company, for billing a lot of them it is still paper based. Many small emdium companies have to call the driver to request updates...our system the drivers presses a button and instantly the customer knows what the status all the way. hard to explain but basically is a sistem that takes a lot off the dispatchers shoulder

So u paid for a servicenow or salesforce instance and want to try and sell that to other people??

I did it myself, Im programmer. Reason I started was because all what was in the market was TOO BIG, too expensive, is missing stuff like VMRS (google it), sometimes overcomplicated, somethings missing important things like getting signatures on the tablet.

Any admin certified user could write those apps to run on salesforce or servicenow which is exactly what would happen if you went to market with this.
