So I am 23 (made this Nov), I have my 6 month emergency cash, and I am looking to invest 10k € in Bitcoin.
What would be the smartest way to go about it? Should I buy in a period of e.g 6 months? Should I buy all at once?

What you would do is called hoarding, not investing. Investment created surplus value. Buying bitcoins and holding them does not.
