Twitter is losing users, talks about sales have been frequent in the past weeks/months, but no concrete buyer seems to have crystallized and the whole sale kind of cooled down.

Still, buying and waiting for the sale confirmation (probably around Q1 or Q2 2017 at the latest) would probably not be a bad move
