how do i invest my first paycheck ever?
EDUCATE YOURSELF!
Personal aesthetics: haircut, better soap/bodywash/deodorant/toothpaste/mouthwash, nice work clothing, etc.
Your first 3-4 paychecks should be used to immediately better yourself, then use the rest for saving/investing.

you don't
you'll be using it pay for food, gas, rent or mortgage, taxes, insurance, electricity, water, telephone, internet, cable (if you have it), homeowner association fees, and maybe a few others I forgot.
if by then you have some money left, you might consider saving it for a rainy day (car troubles, broken arm, sudden toothache, roof leak, or any other of life's pleasant surprises)
