Sup /biz/. I'm a electrical engineering student and I'm looking to work on a project that I and another friend of mine have great faith in. I've done a few hackathons and startup competitions and I know how easy it can be to get up and running with an idea. I just have trouble finding people to work with me. Even finding computer science students can be difficult but I honestly don't know how I'm supposed to find people who are studying business that are interested. Does anyone have any method to networking with people in college? Any advice would be helpful.

what's your idea or is it top secret?

I'm a CompSci student, I'm also trying to get a few startup idea up and running asap, I fucking love the idea of owning or even working in a startup, I might be able to help you if you want...
But as for your question on how to network, you just have to talk to people, I met a software dev at apple on the first day, shit happened and now were friends, I'm quite positive thats a good connection right? Just dont be an autist.

I'd rather not say just because I'm amazed it doesn't exist yet.

Yeah I get what you're saying. I like to think I'm fairly non-autistic but it seems to be hard meeting people in my college because everyone sticks to their own group of friends. I'm mainly looking for people who are in a similar area so unless you live in Dublin I'm afraid it's a no go. Thanks anyway.
