do I need to register as a legal business to dropship?
>>1626278
registration of a business takes three possible forms:
1. Paying taxes
2. registering a trademark
3. filing articles of incorporation
only one of these is legally necessary to do business. I'll let you guess which one.
what makes you think you'll be successful with dropshipping?

because live in a country where dropshipping is not saturated

which one?

then you clearly haven't done your research because all of them are.

Related, does AliExpress have affiliate selling like Amazon does?

for the particular niche I am going into: I have done my research.

pretty sure they do

no, you don't. only register as an LLC when the tax structure of an LLC benefits you.

>asks if he needs to register as a business to drop ship
>continues to state he's done his research
If you did your research this thread wouldn't exist, enjoy failing.

>tax structure of an LLC benefits you.
A single member LLC is a disregarded entity. There is no "tax structure" for an LLC.

you can't fool /biz/
they know LLC's are magical documents that:
1. allow you to rob banks and rape women without any personal liability whatsoever
2. deflect any and all lawsuits in perpetuity
3. turn any operating expense into a BUSINESS EXPENSE which the LLC then has to magically pay, not you
4. allow you to write off BUSINESS EXPENSES which of course you can't do without a LLC
