How do I make money while in college?
Get a job related to your field of study.
Accounting/Finance/Economics? Get a job as a teller at a bank. Move up to personal banker.
Teaching? Get an assistant teaching job.
Health Care: Plenty of part time jobs in hospitals.
Getting a job at a fast food joint or a grocery store is an absolute waste of time, when you could have just as well held a part time job related to your major that could benefit you when job hunting for those mythical entry level jobs that require years of experience normies talk about. .

Internships are easy to get if you live in a city, if you are in business/engineering/CS. Just apply to the ones with no reqs, do the shitty work, and work your way up through better internships.
Starting a business could be even better than most internships as long as it isnt some bullshit meme business

Is getting a part time job at a window cleaning business a good idea if I may want to start a business cleaning people's windows? I have
no job experience and won't be going to uni for at least 5 years.

You're better off (and more likely) getting an internship at that kind of skill level. As a student get some low-skill job like in a grocery store to help pay bills and whatnot.
