Never pretended to know anything about it. I'm not actually looking to invest in it either, I have my own 3 apartments in the same city for practical purposes and that's it. I just needed to know which market would be the most profitable in terms of real estate that's a pretty simple question and once again this board failed to deliver anything decent. Never implied I'd learn about it either. Maybe I should have added "pretend I can" at the beginning of my question. My bad, not murican.

As I said maybe I should have added "pretend I will do x" because obviously burger brains can't compute with figurative speech. Wanting to know which market is the most profitable real estate wise goes beyond the scope of real estate investment.

I'd suggest Fort Worth, Texas.
It's ridiculously cheap (130k for 3br 2br nice house), gets great returns, right next to Dallas.
