Well, I'm no expert, so others with more experience may disagree with me here, but my guess would be that you obtain it from someone on the inside, or maybe someone who knows and insider. I'd be willing to bet money on this, that's how sure of it I am.

On the other hand, I'm equally certain that fucking 4chan is the last place you should be looking.
