It really doesn't matter too much. Like you don't need to go to JP Morgan or anything like that...you just need to find companies that want people to relocate to other offices they're expanding to, and this is usually only done by big businesses. Small ones prefer local recruitment.
If you're going econ, you shouldn't have too much to worry about. Just be decent at phone interviews.
