My mother has a degree in HR and has been jobless for almost 5 years now, makes ~400 a month doing small jobs. Whats is the next HR /biz/? I dont want to end up like her.

Headhunters and recruiters are the hottest "cottage" industry right now.
The majority of tech companies are going towards cheaper/replacable contractors for Tech.
Tech contractor recruiters get roughtly $30/hr out of a "consultants" fees of $150 an hour.
It's almost like a 1 layer pyramid.
Recruit/Place 4 or 5 contractors and you could be making 120 to 150 an hour just from THEIR work while you sit on your ass.
Your mother is missing out on the most lucrative contractor Recruiting decade since the early 2000's.
In the Silicon Valley, It's not uncommon for techies to jump on the HR/recruiter bandwagon since recruiting actually pays more than their original tech jobs.
Hr isnt needed in much smaller countries like Lithuania
