I'm tired of hearing about buying real estate.
Post apartments, rents and other related things.
I live in a nice apartment in the Atlanta suburbs.
Small 1br/1ba, 500sq ft.
I pay $900 a month for everything (water, power, cable, internet, trash, all included)
I'll post pics later.

Yeah it's so fucking convenient. I used to hate having to sit down and figure out individual bills every month.

I want to move out into a cozy apartment instead of living with parents but it's kind of expensive and I'm nervous and I don't know how to do it.

Compare prices and your area and spend a lot of money. That's pretty much it.
Orange county, CA walking distance to downtown and beach.
$1667 a month + utilities
Never go outside anyway but the internet is fast so I'm stoked. Helps to be FI/RE
$610 a month for a bachelors in a small town in Canada. Very cozy but the shower fucking sucks dick.

There has been an increasing amount of threads on /biz/ about real estate investing.
The shoe shiners are on board so time to leave!
£400 all included, pretty sweet, has a fair amount of space as well.

Here's my place.
Price: $1500 split between 3 roommates, so $500 each.
Location: West side of Chicago, 5 min walk from a 24 hr train station. Can be in the Chicago Loop in 20 mins after walking out my door if I time it right.
Amenities: modern (built in 2003) 3 flat building. All the typical amenities of a modern place. One parking spot on a pad out back. Front and back balconies. All new appliances. Very spacious bedrooms all with walk in closets. Hardwood floors throughout.
We really couldn't have found a better place for the price. It takes a lot of my friends like 45mins to an hour to get downtown and they live in old as fuck buildings.

I just got a place for $850/m outside Philly, along the PATCO line. All utilities included as well as a housekeeper twice per month, and fully furnished. I would rather buy my own home but my career isn't settled, still need to be flexible.
