What kind of complex bullshit can I learn that will allow me to make money just by mainly answering questions as a part time job? I work fulltime but want to learn a skill that I don't need to go to school for and can make some decent money just for being able to learn fast.

Literally anything OP.
This is the thing you lazy fucks don't realize, even the smallest mountain is still a fucking mountain to climb. Instead of searching for the shortest mountain, how about looking for the one where you're already closest to the summit? i.e. possess a sensibility or skill set that naturally suites itself to a particular field.
I suggest Kneepads.

Are you serious or trolling?
Potential customer is using service x, because he hopes it helps him in one way or another. e.g. find a job, generate customers, etc. However, potential customer lacks the expertise to optimally utilize that service, so it doesn't work for him as planned. As an expert for service x you offer to fix his shit so he has more success using it.
A silly example that will help you understand the concept:
Neckbeard Joe creates a tinder profile. He hopes it will help him find a woman to hook up with. However, Joe has no idea what kind of pictures to use, or what to write in his bio. His profile is a mess and he doesn't get any matches. You on the other hand are a tinder expert. You know every trick in the book to create the perfect profile, that will catch womens attention and even get Neckbeard Joe the matches he is hoping for. You optimize his profile, Joe pays you.
