Sorry, I was mistaken. I thought so, but it turns out not to be true.

And it's obvious why it's not that way: people who held BRK.A could just convert it into 1500 x BRK.B, sell 1500 x BRK.B and then buy more BRK.A until the price reached an equilibrium

BRK.A carries more than 1500 times voting rights than BRK.B, though.
