I lost the $84,000 in 2005 fucking around with real estate. I made it all with a single house flip in 2004, and thought I was the kid with the golden arm.

Took a long time to come back from that, and a lot of going back to work for assholes at jobs I hated. I kept plugging away, and I'm self employed again with alot more perspective and much more humility.
