Greek fellow here looking a way to secure my savings in case of an upcoming economic disaster. I have a considerable amount of cash in euro and some savings in my bank account, also in euro. Would buying gold be a good decision?

Buy physical gold coins, ebay is fine too if the seller is reputable. Also if you own stocks, which is generally a good idea, you can hedge by buying put options (or just selling them in time, duh).

Real estate in Greece is literally going down the shitter. You can buy a 60sm apartment for like 40k! You have to pay the Bolshevik like taxes for it tho.. Bitcoin also sounds like a good plan.
