The only businesses required to adhere to AA are white owned businesses. Businesses owned by chinks and gooks are exempt, so they only hire other chinks and gooks.

We adhere to all Federally mandated EEOC regs. We hire the best people we can. Only time race or sex comes up is when you can boost the diversity scale (eg, white guy and black woman apply for the same internship, identical GPA, equal quality recommendations, both good culture fit, it goes to the black lady.) EEOC has come after us before because there aren't many female cable techs, but that falls to OSHA most times, and safety ALWAYS trumps 'equality.'
