If you're an attractive female that don't mind getting fucked to close deals, you could become rich as a real estate agent. Else it's not worth it dealing with people buying a $140K house expecting your attention 24/7 when you only get like $2K out of it.

RE agent is tough. One thing to remember is that it's not a job, it's a small business. If you don't get your own clients, or hustle to sell your services, or market yourself correctly, you'll starve. And your brokerage will be of very little help.
