As rule of thumb, anything below $3.00 is shill. Market volatility cetirus paribus I have no confidence in recommending a stock that will positive long run at anything over 1w. A decently performing stock I know is ORCL (Oracle), their share price has been relatively stable not the overly traded volatile wrecks that define three quarters of the market. Just buy in at a dip, with research of course, and sell when you hit 3.5% please dont be stupid and buy at high after that. There's market equilibrium, and I done this before knowing and seen many a stupid idiot do the same.

XGTI short term or MSTX long term seem solid for some decent gains. MSTX especially. Should drop to .08 sometime and only needs to hit .16 from that dip to double your investment.
