Look into drop shipping. Product is kept at warehouse of manufacturer and is only shipped when someone buys. That way you'll have unlimited stock and space.
Depends on your niche, but generally you wouldn't have to work that hard in management. MAYBE 20 hrs a week. Your efforts will be in marketing.
