What would you use for content? If you try to scrape other sites you'd get sued off the face of the earth for copyright infringement by the main player. You could try to buy content from a porn production company but you'd need alot of startup capital for purchasing content from the production company and for legal counsel and then you'd need a yuuge budget for marketing.
