Who else /arbitrage/ here? Those shitty cryptocurrency markets constantly have free money lying around

Sometimes potcoin is a little cheaper on bittrex conpared to poloniex
>>1550995
How bout them fees tho? Still an opportunity there after calculating in those?
>>1551007
Maybe. I can see the opportunity but it is extremely fleeting. Maybe a bot could do it.
I was thinking of doing it when DAO tokens were quite a bit cheaper than eth itself, but in the end I didn't. Ofc. when polo came out with their dao to eth tool there was barely any difference any more.

Do other exchanges have an API like Polo does?
You could probably write a bot for this and you'd be doing everyone a favor by correcting inefficiency.
Hmmm.
>>1551038
You mean a websocket API? Most other exchanges have REST APIs, only a few got websocket
>>1551050
I don't know much about web APIs, if it's enough to monitor prices and execute trades I think it's enough to exploit arbitrage, right?
>>1551064
Well, you got REST/polling APIs (slow), that's where you actively try get information from the exchange server yourself, and you got websocket/streaming APIs (fast), where you subscribe to an exchange channel and price/depth updates are sent to you directly after they happen. Sure, they're both enough for exploiting arbitrage, but the difference in speed could be limiting

go on....
