Hey /Biz/, I know most of you are people trying to invest high school grad money or figure out how to get out from under your terrible professional past. However, this is a good place to start.
How do I stop being a wage slave piece of shit cuck? I'm a second year college student and I'm starting to realize that there are two types of people in this country. Consumers and producers. How do I transition to the producer role so that my life isn't controlled be fast food and iphones? I don't want to be on the slummy poor side of this country. Any suggestions?
You produce something?
That's how you become a producer

Save money, spend less, invest in index funds, and develop marketable skills.
Spend what's left after saving.

wew quite the way to put it. So I feel like going straight for entrepreneurial efforts is kind of an uphill battle. Like just starting a cheese slice company from the ground up is ridiculous. >>1550616
Develop marketable skills? Elaborate. Does this mean get a degree in something business related (even though college is absolutely useless for learning for only for get a degree.) Other than that this was very helpful thanks m8.

Develop a skill that will make you money.
If you are going to college for English or Asian-American Studies and you don't intend to go for a PhD and become a professor, just stop right now.

Ahh gotcha haha. Yeah I'm not really into wasting money so a philosophy(no law)/english/history degree is autism at this point. Thanks man!
