Buy? Sell? What do?
buy dips, sell later

but is it the good time to buy or is it gonna keep falling and I should hold on for few days?
>>1549713
it's gonna fall for the next 3 years, broski.

GBP might be headed for parity with EUR and USD (meaning the same price). Any bad news will send it crashing further downward and there is no meaningful support to buy at. Also, it is too oversold to short now at this point. Either way it is super risky to go short or long, but if you get in at these price and can stomach further volatility, then there might be huge gains in the future.
I recommend shorting EUR/GBP at 0.90 and holding long term if you are a risk taker. With GBP/USD you would be paying daily interest because of the carry rate.

As I'm total noob in /biz/ can someone explain 'shorting at 0.90'? I have some pounds on my bank account and I was planning on buying some more in hope that I will have nice profit in a year, year and a half but if you are saying that in that time it can be of a same value as euro I'm genuinely scared and now I consider selling all of it

Ok I got it, nvm
I'm bumping. I've reached a consensus with myself and decided to sell all the pounds I have... but I have a question. Should I buy euros or dollars?
>>1551822
buy BTC
>>1551824
how safe and stable is it
>>1551831
it's performed better than pound euro or dollar this year.
or you could buy potcoin and multiply your money 20 times over
>>1551832
forecasts are not really optimistic for bitcoin, potcoin is more tempting though

Why does the carry rate mean you have to pay interest?
>>1551844
Bump cause interested. I will probably buy euros as dollar might not be stable for some time after the elections but in a long term I think dollar's a better investment
