Mutual funds would give you exposure to stuff pretty much wherever you want, there's thousands of them and often institutional investors can get access to markets and securities that retail investors might have more trouble accessing.
But some brokers platforms will give you access to world markets. I've tested out a few different ones, they all vary a bit.
