2 years ago my father understood, that he need in some biz, because he was an government employer and he was old. He found his old friend and offer to be a director. The friend was a chef in another restaurant. This gay said, that father have to wait for a few years.

I'd suggest cutting down on extra expenses and hire a social media or media advertiser. Get the name of your restaurant out there. Also have signature dishes (special dishes that stand out because only your restaurant makes them).
