So little information but my sister has my mother working for her taking care of her kids and cleaning around the house.
The problem is that my mother who is in her 60's and has numerous head operations has some memory issues and my sister constantly takes advantage of this by not paying her.
The other problem is that she convinced my mom not to file for her taxes anymore so there's no way to prove she's working for her.
Is there anyway I can resolve this issue? I tried speaking to my sister but she continues to ignore me.

Tell your mom, dipshit.

She has low self steem issues and keeps telling me it's not a big deal and doesn't want to start problems with my sister
I've been helping her pay her rent now for 3 months
maybe talk to a lawyer? that's a shitty situation anon your sister is a bitch

Yea I know of a lawyer who gives out free consultations but the problem is that I'm usually swamped by work

Do you get a lunch? Usually those calls are brief and they can help alot. Usually a letter by a lawyer will be enough. Good luck bro

This is not really a biz issue.
Your sister is taking advantage of your disable mother. And? So?
You can tell your mom she's being taken advantage of or tell your sister to stop. But that's it.
So........

Damn, that image made me nostalgia hard. Kind of crazy that you'd feel nostalgia over a drug commercial. What a country.

This is financial abuse of the elderly which is as common as fleas on a dog. If you call adult protection services in your area she can get some help.
