Because there is talk of it getting bought by Disney. This is the highest move it's made in 4 months.

This happened before when Google was suppose to by it and I believe amazon. So don't get your hopes up.

Disney has declined any comment about it so it could just be a rumor that's causing it to rally.

Netflix will fall again. You missed the buy. I wouldn't buy it unless disney confirms.
