Is this useful for going into the banking industry?

I have nepotism and adderall (for the nth number of job applications I'll be applying for) for that. I'm just not to sure about Software engineering, though I've heard anything surrounding computer science is highly useful for this industry

Its god tier op. There is so much work in getting banks off of legacy cancer right now its ridiculous.

Yeah you'll be alright. I would focus more on CS, any idiot can learn finance skills on the job.
Yes.

If you have nepotism then your degree really means nothing
This girl I work with has a fucking bio degree but is working in finance because her dad is in upper management

It's what I have and it's incredibly useful for almost all fields. I don't work in banking, I've been working at software startups.
Cheeky bump so it lasts the night, thanks all for the responses so far

>bankster meme
pay sucks, work sucks, no future, and banks profit are all time low with huge staff cuts. it's a dead industry. there is no such thing as investment bankster anymore. if you want to invest go for hedgefunds (prolly over 95% of hedgefunds are simply put scams and end up doing illegal activity but that's another story)
