Can I get fined for telemarketing for using a website where realtors list their number, and I dial them up?

One guy said he was on the national do not call list and I was in violation, is this true?

Commission is 50% on any leads I provide that they close. I go through hundreds of cold calls for 1 or 2 good leads

Listen, talk to them like a friend, when they ask a question be blunt and to the point, very real and matter of fact, don't be afraid to tell them no.

Cold calling sucks. Just have a laugh with it.
