Right now, the stock price is being valued w/ the risk vs long term gains.

The short term factor, AMD practically valued it at $6 selling it to employees, on top of that, w/ the current debt restructuring is taking in affect now, but of course benefits the future, so if you plan on holding into late next year, or even into 2019, it's going to look pretty positive for you. It's mainly the restructuring that's hurting it rn though...

Thankfully it's short term. I myself was actually prospecting for buy since the news. This is quite beneficial for me.
