Average down, man. Stock are only dropping because people are fearing a rate hike, which no matter what the fed says there is no way we are having a rate hike before the election. Maybe in December, or 2017, but that is plenty of time for a market to bounce back, maybe even hit a new high. S&P will go up as soon as people realize raising rates is off the table.
