Is a BSN worthwhile? Not sure if nursing is really a smart move anymore. I still have time to pivot, but I don't know what else I should gun for.

Nursing's kind of a shit job if you're just putting in time; you have to put up with a lot of bullshit.
Guaranteed $30K+ a year is pretty nice if you have a passion for healing.

The problem is that I'm a little antisocial, but I'm working on and off on improving my charisma. I'm not entirely confident whether it's a good bet that I'll be personable after the 2 years it takes to finish the program.

A friend of mine was doing nursing in highschool and finished it at a technical college. She was under 21 and making 80k a year working night shifts and overtime.
