Alright /biz/, I need an advice. I am a lazy fuck and everything I want from life is a nice flat (2 or 3 rooms), enough weed for me (around 15g a month) and food, so I dont really need much. Cant do body taxing work as my back is a total mess. What would be an easy job (doesnt matter if I need a degree or no) that earns me around 1500 to 2000? Remember, not taxing on the body. Thanks for advice.

You sit there and collect rent and use that rent to pay for your bum life

I don't see much risks besides tenancy issues but if you set specific criteria for your REagent to vet them (years of prior renting and clean record all that shit, pref. people with normal fag jobs and married white people etc.)

A guy I knew was renting to his best friend, kek, totally mitigated any risk by having his friend live in his shitty property
