Hey sorry for the delayed reply, I fell asleep.

My mortgage interest rate is 3.75 and I do have PMI payment still.

I have a vanguard account that I have had a 6.6% return on so far (2 years) and my current allocation has an average return rate of 9.5%

I've just save that pic of that hot girl. I'm going through a massive funk / depression in my life. I never go out, except for work. I made some good money on bitcoin a few years ago, in the bitcoin bubble, but that's still the best thing I've done yet.

Looking at this picture everyday is going to motivate me to push forward, make money and be successful.

BTW, on topic, you should use your spare money to invest in gold and silver coins, it's a new bull market. Speculate in gold miner stocks if you have the risk appetite. Bitcoin is worth a thought for speculation as well.
