Well I had a job in engineering for two years, had a promotion after the first year with a salary of around 90k if you include bonus and healthcare, then I quit and I'm in law school now. No spectacular grades, but I'm set up with the university to do IP research and have a job lined up for the summer before my final year starts doing similar stuff. Should have a strong legal resume as far as fresh attorneys go.

I also have no debt for school and won't have student loans after graduating. Own my car, have no credit card debt, but I'm only renting at the moment because there's so few houses in this college town that I can buy and simultaneously rent due to a local ordinance about updating according to fire code... So no home equity building right now. Although I have 56k in investments that I'm going to liquidate a portion of to pay for school, should have ~30k left over at graduation.

Good or bad, /biz/? Criticism welcome.

I've got a job at 24 making more money than any of my friends will probably ever make unless they truly get their shit together, more than my father makes or will make before he eventually retires, and after two months I will have paid off the last of my small student loan and paid off my car.

From here it's saving for the future and maintaining this job and I should own a house if I want it by the time I'm 30 if I'm very lax with my savings. I will need to start building credit so I guess I need to decide on something to get a loan for and start paying that off as well. I feel like I've made it honestly, it feels good.

Its only terrible if you cant commit to babysitting your finances. My cars max like 1 or 2 grand. So i spend about a grand a month on my normal bills with the credit cards then pay them off. And when the introductory rates are over i will get new cards.

Keep the process going while building my wealth and hitting that sweet 800 credit score.

Then refinance my house or 2 or 3 etc and pull some cash out to purchase another house.

Close on it.

Close out some anual shillpay cards that no longer have introductory rates.

Take a 50-100 point credit hit because wtf do i care. Im done with it for now and dont have bullshit interest on 10 cards now.

Start the process over. That or just keep it around 750 and drop a card at a time until i only have good cards and an 800 credit score

Depending on equity and excess cash i will find more property or finally get my own oil lease.

I spam those all day and get paid when people take the survey, $1-2 a pop. Well, if I spam 400 videos and get 50 people per video to click and take the survey (it is top comment after all) then I just made an average of 30 grand.
