Should I buy this RV and live in it? How much should I offer? The only downside is its only six months a year.

RV's depreciate really fast. They can also be tough to get rid of. If you want to buy one, you better be thinking of how long you are going to hold on to it and how long it will serve your purpose. As for price, look up a bluebook equivalent and make an offer. When you're negotiating never accept the first counter/offer and never reveal the your bottom line. Which means never reveal how much you would pay for it.
Is there a reason you want to be in a park? You would save a lot more by boondocking for free in a more mobile RV or van.
I've thought about buying a decent rv and not telling ANYONE about it.. then one day just disappear and never come back.

I don't know anon. I'm not sure about the area. If your area is relatively cheap, it might not be worth paying for a depreciating RV.
Analyze other options and decide yourself. Just remember, an RV can be hard to get rid of.
>its only six months a year
wtf do you mean by this?

there must be somewhere else you can park it where no one will bother you, most people don't care about things unless they inconvenience them in some way, even if they do something about it you can just say "so this is 28 bergstein crescent not 20, ah, sorry, I'll be on my way" and abscond
obviously avoid places with signs threatening fines

It is an RV. You need water, electric, and sewage hookups.

Sorry, this is a camper. OP doesn't understand the difference. Either way you need utilities.
