America is still at near low interest rates yet the bull market has been going since 2011. In past recessions the Fed has needed to cut rates much more drastically

I have stopped all my tradings recently. The market is too difficult read - no clear monetary policy from the Fed, China is slowing down, Japanese Yen is getting stronger. I don't know where do I need to place my next bets.
