How to Use Stock Scanners LikE Trade ideas

>When you open trade ideas go to the channel bar and select surge
>close all windows except "high volume movers"
>right click anywhere and select "Configure all..."
>make sure all strategies are selected and then press edit selected at the bottom left
>at the Window Specific Filters tab make the following changes:
- minimum price $1
- average daily volume = 1 million
- and the most important: press the "more" button at the bottom, find the "alert count" parameter and add it. enter 20 alerts as the minimum
>go to the "exchanges" tab and deselect all exchanges except NASDAQ
>save the settings
>enjoy your money

disclaimer: not all of these will be mega runners that just go up and up all day long; some will go up for a few more bars after you get the alert and then they will die. learn how to take profits fast.

make these changes tomorrow morning and watch the tickers that appear. once you see that this works start trading the tickers with a sim account. afterwards get into using real money a.s.a.p but start small
