Fug I'm bad about this too. I think I might spend more but I've never bothered tracking it. I really need to stop but I'm so lazy about making my own food. It would also probably be better for my health too.

Depending on your field work lunches could be a necessary evil, it reinforces networking with people and can help you get employment mobility.

If you're in a decent career field then remember, 10 years from now most of your co-workers will be managers and/or work somewhere else. Two or three will run their own business, too.
