Hi
I am currently invested in these two funds.
MSCI World, and MSCI Emerging markets.
How should i weigh these to represent their real market cap? As far as I know the market cap of emerging markets are 25%, but I am not sure whether i should weight them 25 or 10% because of this statement "Today the MSCI Emerging Markets Index consists of 23 countries representing 10% of world market capitalization"
Could someone please help me here?

why don't you just hold a fund that works that out for you
multiple brokerages have them at competitive prices and by that i mean .1% er's

MSCI ACWI index is World + EM. It has a 10% weight to EM, 90% to developed. the numbers vary slightly depending on how people classify certain countries, like South Korea.
Take a look at VXUS.
Avoid emerging markets. They're corrupt shitholes that are already being fully exploited by the S&P companies.
