Use 1000$ to buy 1200 of gift cards online. Only get ones not restricted to specific stores. Take out a high interest payday loan with tiny fees. Use gift cards to pay it online. Doesnt matter if a few are broken or bad. Use the money you borrowed to pay back any difference. You only make 10% on this, but its worth it if your broke and stupid.

How can you pay off loans with gift cards? Do you mean you will buy the goods with gift cards saving you money then pay the loan back with the extra cash you already have?
