We have the chinese/pajeets driving up the prices.

Taxes may hit a ceiling, and the income tax refugees might flood to NV, WA, TN, TX, AK, etc...

CA has a serious debt problem (government penions) combined with sky high taxes. Most decent companies (to invest in move out of california for more affordable labor NV, AZ).

Every small business I work with now is incorporated in Nevada or Delaware, even though they still live in Bay area 6 months out of the year,

Nevada has no corporate or income tax...
They pay 0 tax except sales/fed.
