When settling with a title company, is it better to bring a cashier's check or do a wire transfer? They seem to want a wire transfer over a cashier's check as the money is instant.

It seems like you have answered your own question. Fees for wires tend to be higher than cashiers checks. Also when you call or come in to do the wire have the goddamn wiring instructions ready.

I will probably be doing the wiring online. I'll be calling the title company to verify the account information and I'll be contacting their bank to verify the account. I guess that's the best I can do!
