Basically try to get rich while living a balanced life.

Try to avoid degenerate behavior like drinking, smoking, spending too much time watching TV/Netflix/browsing 4chan.

If you can get a god-tier routine, lifting, reading, eating healthy, taking the right supplements, working in blocks you will become very desirable to women.

Spend enough time socializing if you cannot during work. I work in a very social job, but for the most part I use Saturdays to socialize.

I'll almost always have an event planned during the day and evening.

Do all of the above and you will be mentally, socially, and physically fit enough to get a decent girlfriend. Bonus points if you don't flaunt your richness to attract gold diggers.
