Quick question, my intro 0% rate on my Discover It is about to run out in a month, I plan on switching to Chase Freedom. My question is, since this card is a Visa will I be able to use it at places like Costco and debit only grocery stores?

Okay this brings up a new question. Let's say store in question isn't Costco or Sams Club but is a place like Winco that doesn't require a membership. Do places like that count as a wholesale store or not? My decision to go with Freedom or Freedom Unlimited depends on this. The internet doesn't seem to know the answer.
