100 shares of Ford Stock ($F) bought @ 11.95
Currently sitting at 12.33
Around $1132 in Vanguard account, that started at $1000 in March.
About $4400 cash, set aside to daytrade with.
I have made ~$210 on $500 I initially used to daytrade leveraged ETFs like UWTI/DWTI as well as Tesla, Exxon Mobil, and Barrick Gold. That was from late March/early April to late June.
I think I've done pretty well, have had a trade go wrong where I lost like $120, but I managed to earn it back. Currently, just trying new things as I don't have enough to optimize returns.
Once I land a job, I will be putting most of my money into tax advantaged accounts and doing something like 40% Total US Market VTI, 30% International Stock VXUS, 10% RIET fund (VNQ), 12-15% US bond market, 5-8% International Bond market. and maybe setting aside 30% of my extra money for trading.

I'm watching Ford I'd buy if it drops to 10 .
Also all my investment are long term.
I have 3 oil related stock. they would at least double if oil price goes above 50$.
So I'm thinking I would sell them in 12 months to make that profit .
I'm considering to invest in Uranium stocks they are multi year low now . like to buy and hold for 5 years .
I have a stable job I'm just trying to find better place for my money than the bank

Hey just wondering what Oil ETFs do you invest in? or if you actually meant stocks which stocks?
If you buy and sell too often, you risk trading away your best performers

Your balancing is bizarre. Why do you have $4,000 in FBR and $400 in CPLP?

like 1/10. Taking a lost since 2012 with mesoblast while the SP500 is up 85% lmao
vanguard international shares lmao
and some gambling positions that went your way
I'll be posting mesoblast performance since 2012 proving that you are retarded and an unknowing gambler.
>>1440977
kekkekeke nigga you need to sell more often why are you giving out advice like that?
>>1441018
lol should I have invested in coin memes instead?
>>1441024
no, you would have to be full retard to ever put money in a coin meme unless it was a small amount of money and you were rich. that you think of that as an alternative speaks volumes.
go get a financial advisor with reasonable fees or better yet go to finance school since you aren't poor.
>>1441033
You sound like a coiner or someone who buys into silly specialist ETFs (triple-leveerage/single commodity/inverse index)
>>1441044
lmao i just said any type of crypto coin is retarded. I am not a supporter of that dumb bullshit.
is that a triple leveraged ETF? >>1441018
That sure is. Is it specialized? no
go find yourself a triple leveraged SP500, NASDAQ, or DJIA and wait until there is a fall in the stock market as a whole and then buy that shit you goon. that post is a SP500 chart up there and you won't have to worry about losing money on shitty stocks that you aren't even watching their earnings (see MSB).

Timing the market and using leverage is a poor way to invest
>>1441061
>>1441044
when you git gud or you figure out how portfolio math works you can get into inverse etfs and hedging. read some finance books in the mean time.
