Well, the model that I've been shooting for is this:

Basically the point of live camming and voting would be to drum up subscriptions.

Have you ever googled on the topic? Actors (regardless whether amateur or pro) get as little as 150-300$ per scene. "Stars" get around 500-700. For this kind of petty money they get fucked up their pooper, while the producer bears the risk and still has a risk not to break even. The golden era of porn is long gone.

Either you are in a very specific fucked up niche, or you go bust. That's simple.

I have posted this before, and I stiil think its my million dollar idea.

You start a porn company.
You make made to order porn, starring: your client.
He flies out to vegas, or the valley or wherever your porn company is.
You hire the woman he wants to star with.
The guy pays for medical screening, and a fee, say $2500. You shoot and produce the porn, then give said porn to client.
There are lots of 40 year old dudes who want to bang a top tier porn star and take home a souvenir.

Cam stuff is only good for promo as others have mentioned. Theres no money in it really. Although I know some girls that do alright on their own.

While retaining a position as an agent only and getting consistent work for clients is still an idea, I really feel like there is a more money to be made as taking a producer/director role.

These girls and others I know could honestly be internet stars outright. Young, bubbly, interesting and ridiculously sexy. They have very active snapchats and instagrams already.

This is exactly it won't work for you. There are platforms like "my dirty hobby" Where girls or couples can upload their stuff. They're either popular or do custom made stuff and pull easy 4-5digits a month. I used to own a bar in a mid-sized European City in the "red-light-district". There's a differnce between youtube and porn. People are paying their hard earned cash for your stuff, not just click on smthng for free. = reasonable higher expectations.

seriously just buy four go-pros, strap one to the guy's head for pov shots and position the others around the girl in each scene. build some umbrella lights, you can find tutorials online (it's basically a spray-painted umbrella with a lightbulb and some translucent gauze). edit it yourself or hire a university kid. it'll look like a well-done amateur shot if you've configured everything correctly. this is how the big youtubers do it and achieve that "professional amateur" look.

oh, and treat your employees with respect so they come back. if you have girls that actually want to be in the scenes, you'll have better product and you won't have to waste time (and money) seeking new talent every month.
