Make sure you ALWAYS ask the interviewer some questions. If you don't, you'll automatically be disqualified—even if you aced the other questions.
Be prepared prior to the interview with AT LEAST 3 questions to ask.

Remember that it's a popularity contest, regardless of what job it is. Yeah, they need to think you're competent but they'll take a half assed employee they like over a smart one that's a creep.

I have an interview working minimum wage as a janitor. Should I wear a suit to the interview? I don't know if overdressing is a thing but I felt pretty overdressed at the last interview I went being one of two people in a suit.
Also not going to lie but this is partially because the internet says it will be 95 degrees with a lot of humidity.

Wear jeans or khakis and a button down, no tie. Wearing a suit makes you look full retard when the job is gonna call for sweeping up vomit.
